Rules and Regulations
The following rules and regulations are applicable to all the events under the administration of JGR. Please make sure you read and understand them before proceeding to apply for media accreditations.
We will review your application and send a letter of approval to each approved applicant.

Media Accreditation Applications
Media Accreditaiton Request and Accreditation Procedures
- Media activities in any of the rally events under the administration of JGR must observe the rules and regulations stated above, and thus all the applicants must reand an undestand them prior to the application.
- Download the “JGR Media Pass Application Form ” and appropriate Permission Rquest form.
- Complete both of the forms and send them together with required attachments to JGR Media Desk (media@jgr.jp) in email.
- Watch the JGR Media Safety Training video and take the comprehension test.
- JGR will inform you the result of the review of your application by email.
- Web-based media briefing will be held prior to the rally weekend (in Japanese). English briefing may be arranged separately.
- Before starting your media acitivities, please make sure to show up at the media accreditation at/near the event venue and receive nesessary materials.
